I work online (Skype and Zoom) and on the telephone and offer a variety of sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. I can offer both short-term counselling or longer term counselling depending on your individual needs.

I believe that it is very important to get the right counsellor for you, because the counselling relationship is a two way process and working together is an important part of the work. I offer an introductory session of 50 minutes for £20 to enable us to meet, discuss your needs and decide how you feel about working together.

After the introductory session, sessions will be £45.00.
